Frozen in Azacca – Fresh Hopped Pale – 4.5%
We have a growing love for Azacca here at QB and we’re excited to be one of the first breweries in the UK to use Yakima Chief’s frozen fresh hops. These hops are raw, un-kilned , flash frozen whole cone hops, this process preserves the fresh off the bine characteristics of the hop.
For this special single hopped pale we have used our smooth house pale ale malt base , a fruity IPA yeast along with bundles of Fresh Frozen Azacca hops in the boil and a good dose of Azacca T90 for the dry hop , resulting in a bright and refreshing pale singing flavours of mango , citrus and tropical fruits.
