This is the 3rd instalment of our Kettle sour and we’ve gone to town on this one!

We’re all out indulging in Paint the Town Red , from the vivid colours and flavours of fruited sours across the lands , we’re celebrating this red berry beauty.
Using a pale base , our favourite IPA yeast and an abundance of raspberry, blackberry and sour cherry purées we kettled this stunner for even longer than before , inducing a lasting tartness with a invigorating fruity richness.
