The Last Breakfast – Imperial Barrel aged stout – 9.5%
So here we are , the 3rd and final addition of our barrel aged series
Tweaked up to 9.5% and blended from beer aged in a Bourbon barrel , we’ve taken our Imperial stout recipe as far as our micro brew kit can take.
The work of a double mash gives us its strength , the barrel aged blend then added and topped with a dark roast coffee.
Enormous amounts of flavour are taken from the barrel , along with notes of vanilla , oak and espresso.
A combination resulting in a pure velvet mouthfeel , leading to a complex beer to be sipped and savoured.
