Rob still doesn’t like sours , but we’re berry keen to try again!

This is the first sour brewed on our new 20 barrel brew bloc and we are extremely excited with the results.

A vibrant eye-catching pink appearance gets the mouth salivating for joy and ready for this raspberry rollercoaster. Low hop levels and a wealth of rich fruit purée let the raspberries and malts dominate the flavours, giving a slight citric sour touch and a sweet yet vivid tart mouthfeel.
